ST. JOHNSBURY — A 73-year-old St. Johnsbury man faces charges of lewd and lascivious conduct following an incident involving an underage female, police said.
Peter Kimball was arrested after an investigation that began April 22 following a report that a male had inappropriately grabbed an underage female.
The incident occurred on Cherry Street around 9 p.m. on April 21, according to Detective Sgt. Lester Cleary of the St. Johnsbury Police Department.
Kimball was cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court on May 12 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charge.
