CUBA — Cuba Police arrested Eric J. Burkhard, 40, of Cuba, on multiple charges following an alleged domestic dispute on April 24 at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Burkhard faces several charges including disorderly conduct and harassment in the second degree, both violations.
He was also charged with stalking in the fourth degree, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest, all misdemeanors.
Additionally, Burkhard faces felony charges of criminal contempt in the first degree and aggravated family offense in the first degree.
Following his arrest, Burkhard was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for centralized arraignment.
Burkhard is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
