Boston police seek suspect in AutoZone assault

BOSTON — Boston police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at an AutoZone store in Roxbury.

The incident occurred at approximately 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, at 333 Warren Street.

According to detectives from District B-2, the suspect fled the scene on a moped with a partial Massachusetts license plate number 3511.

Police have released an image of the suspect but have not provided additional details about the nature of the assault or potential injuries.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or District B-2 detectives at 617-343-4275.
