WEST WARWICK — A Central Falls man was arrested Thursday after a traffic stop on Route 95 led to charges of marijuana possession and driving with a suspended license.
Daryn D. Davis, 27, was taken into custody at 12:52 p.m. after Rhode Island State Police stopped his vehicle in West Warwick.
Davis was charged with possession of marijuana over two ounces and driving with a suspended, revoked or cancelled license, fourth and subsequent offense.
Following his arrest, Davis was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing.
He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake, where he was held as a probation violator.
