BOSTON — The Boston Police Department announced that 76-year-old William Goss of Brighton has been located safely after being reported missing earlier Friday.
Goss had last been seen around 7:30 a.m. on Friday, April 25, in the area of Western Avenue.
Police had issued an alert describing Goss as a white male, approximately 6’0″ tall, wearing a dark hat, black jacket, blue jeans and dark sneakers.
Authorities noted that Goss was not known to leave his house and had left his car keys, wallet and phone at home, prompting concern for his welfare.
No further details about where or how Goss was found have been released.
