HORSEHEADS — A 42-year-old Horseheads man was arrested Thursday on drug possession and criminal mischief charges, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Chad A. Halbrook was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, both class A misdemeanors.
The arrest followed a report in the Town of Horseheads on April 24.
Halbrook was arraigned in Horseheads Town Court and subsequently released.
