WATERBURY, CT — The Waterbury Police Department is investigating an incident involving a stolen box truck that struck several vehicles, including police cruisers, officials said Tuesday.
The driver of the box truck was taken into police custody near 300 Grand Street, according to police.
Authorities have closed the area around 300 Grand Street to traffic while the investigation continues.
Police reported that the incident resulted in minor injuries.
The investigation remains active, and police said they will release additional information as it becomes available.
