UTICA — Police have identified Omar Mitchell, 33, of Utica as the victim in a homicide that occurred on Walker Street on April 22.
The Utica Police Department announced the identification Thursday while noting that the investigation remains “very active.”
Authorities have not released details about the circumstances surrounding Mitchell’s death.
Police indicated that updates will be provided as they become available.
