FARMINGTON — Farmington police have identified a suspect in a hit-and-run incident that occurred at a local gas station.
The suspect, described as a man wearing a red hoodie, was involved in the incident at the Circle K on Route 11 on Wednesday, April 23, at approximately 3 p.m.
Police announced the identification through a social media update Thursday, thanking the public for their assistance.
“We have identified the suspect with the help of the people that responded to this post,” the Farmington Police Department stated.
The department had previously shared photos of the suspect and his vehicle, seeking the public’s help in identifying him.
No information has been released regarding potential charges or the extent of damage caused by the hit-and-run.
