PALMYRA — A local woman faces multiple charges following three separate incidents over a two-week period in April, according to Palmyra Police Department reports.
Elizabeth Garrow of Palmyra was arrested on April 10 at 10:24 p.m. after police spotted her at Speedway gas station.
Police said Garrow attempted to walk away but was apprehended at W. Main St. and Hyde Pkwy, where she was arrested in connection with an April 4 larceny at Byrne Dairy.
According to police, Garrow allegedly stole a pack of cigarettes from the store at approximately 11:40 p.m. on April 4.
Officers reported that Garrow physically resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
She was charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest, and released with an appearance ticket for Palmyra Village Court.
In a separate incident on April 8 at 9:50 p.m., Garrow was arrested at Byrne Dairy on East Main Street for allegedly trespassing after having been previously banned from the property.
Police responded after a store employee reported Garrow was inside the store despite the prior trespass order.
During this incident, Garrow allegedly refused lawful orders to leave and was charged with trespass and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree.
In a third incident on April 18 at approximately 5:01 p.m., Garrow was arrested after allegedly entering a residence unlawfully at 240 E. Main St.
Police responded to a trespass in progress call at approximately 5:00 p.m. and located Garrow, who matched the description provided by witnesses.
Officers reported that Garrow became “aggressive and belligerent” during the encounter.
Victims at the scene identified Garrow as the individual who had entered their apartment building without permission.
Following this arrest, Garrow was taken to Wayne County Jail to await CAP court arraignment.
