CLIFTON PARK — State Police arrested a Mechanicville man on April 19 for allegedly sending nude photos to a minor.
Kyle J. Demania, 21, was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the first degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Troopers received information on April 4 at about 2:24 p.m. that an adult was sending inappropriate images to a child.
The investigation determined that Demania reportedly sent nude photos to a child under the age of 17 in March.
Demania was arrested in Clifton Park and transported to SP Clifton Park for processing.
He was arraigned at the Malta Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
