WOBURN — Detectives from the Woburn Police Department’s Vice/Narcotics Unit arrested a 25-year-old Haverhill man Thursday night following a weeks-long undercover operation.
The suspect faces multiple charges of drug trafficking, drug possession and drug distribution.
Officers seized 72 grams of fentanyl, 36 grams of cocaine and more than $2,500 in cash during the operation.
The investigation was conducted by detectives assigned to the Southern Middlesex Regional Drug Task Force, along with officers from the department’s Criminal Investigations Division and Patrol Division.
Detectives from the Burlington and Medford police departments assisted in the operation, as did agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
