WAVERLY — A 21-year-old Waverly man was arrested on multiple charges following a domestic dispute investigation, according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
Throne Strope was arrested April 15 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree harassment.
Strope was arraigned at CAP Court and released, officials said.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Barton Court at a later date.
