WATERTOWN — Watertown police arrested a man Tuesday on charges of trafficking fentanyl following a joint operation with the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force.
Wilkims Soto-Suazo was taken into custody April 22 for allegedly selling fentanyl to Watertown residents.
Authorities reported seizing 44.4 grams of fentanyl during the arrest.
Soto-Suazo was arraigned Wednesday morning at Waltham District Court on charges of trafficking Class A fentanyl over 36 grams.
The arrest is part of ongoing efforts between Watertown Police and the Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force to combat drug distribution in local neighborhoods.
