BATH — New York State Police are investigating an assault that occurred on April 22 at a residence in Steuben County.
One individual is hospitalized in critical condition, and another has been arrested.
James W. Cunningham, 44, was charged with Assault 1st (B Felony) following a violent altercation involving two other individuals.
The investigation remains ongoing.
No other charges have been filed at this time.
