Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reports 24 arrests in two-week period

JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office handled 411 incidents and made 24 arrests during the period from March 28 to April 10.

Among those arrested was Codilee J. Rumrill, 34, of Gloversville, who faces multiple felony charges including menacing a police officer, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The sheriff’s office responded to 10 domestic violence complaints and 19 motor vehicle accidents during the two-week period.

BillieJo Muller, 44, of Saint Johnsville, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a D felony, in the Town of Oppenheim.

Christopher L. Carrobis, 34, of Johnstown, was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, a D felony, in the City of Johnstown.

Branden B. Canty, 40, of New York City, faces a charge of perjury in the first degree, a D felony, in the City of Johnstown.

Several individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants, including Alicia M. Coppernoll-Green, 36, of Gloversville, and Heather A. Pierce, 37, of Amsterdam.

The sheriff’s office also conducted 115 traffic stops during this period, resulting in several charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Other incidents handled by the sheriff’s office included seven animal complaints, one burglary, two criminal mischief complaints, and eight larcenies.
