JOHNSTON — Rhode Island State Police arrested a Providence man Monday on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop in Johnston.
Troopers from the Scituate Barracks arrested Angel Santo, 30, of 40 Leander Street, Apt. 407, Providence, at 2:04 p.m. on April 21.
Santo was wanted on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving – Eluding Law Enforcement Officer issued by the Providence Police Department.
The arrest occurred during a motor vehicle stop on Scituate Avenue in Johnston.
Santo was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
