SAUGERTIES — A local man was arrested Sunday afternoon following a dispute on East Bridge Street, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Jason A. Raleigh, 47, of Saugerties, was charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors.
Police responded to the incident at approximately 4:13 p.m. on April 20.
Following processing at the Saugerties Police Department, Raleigh was transported to Ulster County Jail to await arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part court.
