AUSABLE — State Police arrested Mark L. Gaginer, a 33-year-old resident of Keeseville, on multiple charges following a domestic dispute on April 18.
Gaginer faces charges including criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, criminal obstruction of breath or blood circulation, menacing in the second degree, and resisting arrest.
Troopers responded to Grove Street in the town of Ausable at approximately 7:46 p.m. for a reported domestic dispute.
Investigation revealed that Gaginer and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical confrontation.
Gaginer allegedly placed his hands around the victim’s neck and applied pressure.
The victim managed to escape, but Gaginer later threatened the victim by displaying a metal pipe and making menacing gestures.
Following his arrest, Gaginer was transported to SP Keeseville for processing.
He was subsequently arraigned in the Town of Ausable Court and released on his own recognizance.
