RANDOLPH — Vermont State Police arrested a Braintree man Monday on charges of aggravated domestic assault following an incident on Prince Street.
Jason Brown, 37, was taken into custody after troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to a late report of domestic violence at approximately 8:18 p.m.
Investigation determined Brown had caused physical pain to a household member, according to police.
Brown was processed at the Randolph Police Department and released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Orange Criminal Division on April 22 at 12:30 p.m.
The identity of the victim was not released in accordance with Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of domestic violence.
