SAUGERTIES — A Loch Sheldrake man was arrested Sunday evening following a larceny investigation in Saugerties, police said.
Corey W. Padgett, 36, was charged with one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest occurred at approximately 6:20 p.m. on April 20 on Route 212 in Saugerties.
Padgett was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
