SAUGERTIES — A local man was arrested Saturday evening following a dispute investigation, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Robert W. Allen, 21, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at approximately 8:15 p.m. on April 19 on Railroad Avenue.
Allen faces multiple misdemeanor charges including criminal mischief in the 4th degree, resisting arrest, and obstructing governmental administration in the 2nd degree.
Following processing at the Saugerties Police Department, Allen was transported to Ulster County Jail for arraignment in CAP court.
