SAUGERTIES — A Kingston man was arrested Sunday evening following an investigation into a larceny complaint in Saugerties.
Codey L. Brewster, 21, was charged with one count of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest occurred around 6:30 p.m. on April 20 on Route 212 in Saugerties.
Brewster was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
