SOUTHPORT — A 47-year-old Elmira man was arrested Tuesday for criminal mischief following a disturbance in the Town of Southport.
Paul B. Hatala was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
Hatala was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Southport Town Court at a later date.
The arrest was made at 9:30 a.m. on April 22.
