ELBRIDGE — A Skaneateles Falls woman faces multiple felony charges after her pickup truck overturned on State Route 31 Saturday night.
New York State Police responded to the reported single-vehicle crash in the Town of Elbridge, Onondaga County, at approximately 8:37 p.m. April 19.
Upon arrival, troopers discovered a black Dodge pickup truck overturned on its roof.
The operator, identified as Ginger D. Gilday, 29, admitted to troopers that she did not possess a valid driver’s license and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
Following an on-scene investigation, Gilday was arrested and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E felony, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, also a Class E felony.
Gilday was transported to State Police Elbridge for processing.
She was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Elbridge Court at a later date.
