Officers responded to 8 Union Street at approximately 1:04 p.m. following reports of someone pointing a firearm from a silver vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers learned the suspects had fled westbound on Union Street toward Owego Street.

Witnesses told police that victims were initially verbally confronted on Main Street by subjects in a vehicle before the situation escalated when the same group returned.

According to victims, four individuals exited the vehicle, with the driver, identified as Michael V. Reyna, 25, allegedly threatening several people with what appeared to be a handgun.
