SAUGERTIES — A local man was arrested Sunday night after police investigated a criminal contempt complaint on Cranberry Lane.
Martin G. Pineiro-Rabade, 54, of Saugerties was charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second degree, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m. on April 20 following an investigation by officers.
Pineiro-Rabade was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
