RICHFIELD SPRINGS — A Richfield Springs woman faces conspiracy charges following an investigation into a stolen motor vehicle, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Amber E. Coffin, 34, was arrested April 20 and charged with fifth-degree conspiracy.
Coffin was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Richfield Court at a later date.
The arrest came after an investigation by the sheriff’s office into the theft of a motor vehicle, authorities said.
