ROXBURY — A Barre Town man was cited for violating an abuse prevention order after allegedly contacting a protected individual in Roxbury on Monday.
Vermont State Police from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of a possible violation at 4:53 p.m. on April 21.
Following an investigation, troopers determined that Kenneth McCracken, 40, had made contact with the victim, violating the terms of a court-ordered abuse prevention order.
McCracken was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on April 22 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge.
