RUTLAND — Vermont State Police cited a Rutland Town man for unlawfully entering a vehicle in West Rutland early Monday morning.
Isaiah Hall-Graham, 24, was issued a citation for unlawful trespass into a motor vehicle after an incident reported at approximately 6:23 a.m. on Boardman Hill Road.
Troopers responded to a suspicious complaint in the area of Boardman Hill Road and Stone Ridge Lane.
Investigation revealed Hall-Graham knowingly entered a vehicle belonging to Daniel Hogan, 76, of West Rutland without consent or the right to do so.
Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle.
911 callers and neighbors assisted troopers in locating the suspect.
Hall-Graham is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 9 at 10 a.m. to answer to the charge.
