EDEN — Vermont State Police responded to a reported assault at a residence on East Hill Road in Eden on April 19 at approximately 8:13 p.m.
Investigation revealed that Jordan Powers, 30, of Eden knowingly caused bodily injury to Jesse Desrochers, 37, also of Eden, during a dispute.
Powers was issued a citation to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court on June 4 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge of Simple Assault.
