CORINTH — A 71-year-old Corinth man was cited for disorderly conduct and criminal threatening after allegedly confronting employees of Thomson Fuel who were attempting to retrieve company property.
Leo Williams Sr. was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Criminal Court following the April 7 incident on Limlaw Road, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to reports of a disorderly male at approximately 3:01 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers met with Thomson Fuel employees Ryan Davis, 42, of Woodsville, New Hampshire, and Karl Yaeger, 34, of Groton, who reported being threatened by Williams while they were trying to recover company property.
Williams was formally cited on April 14 and is scheduled to answer to the charges in court at a later date.
