LANCASTER — A 21-year-old Berlin man was arrested Friday on a warrant from the Gorham Police Department for theft of lost or mislaid property.
Jack Simon was taken into custody April 18 by Lancaster police officers.
Simon was released on personal recognizance bail with a pending court date in Berlin District Court.
Police have not issued any more information at this time.
