CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a 54-year-old local woman on a harassment charge Saturday evening.
Jescinda M. Howells of Cuba was arrested at approximately 6:35 p.m. on April 19 and charged with second-degree harassment, a violation.
Howells was processed and released with an order to appear in court at a later date.
The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
