WINCHESTER — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man involved in a suspicious incident that occurred Thursday morning on Hubbard Street.
The man was last seen driving an older white Chevrolet Malibu with license plates that did not match the vehicle, according to the Winchester Police Department.
Authorities said the suspect was accompanied by a male passenger at the time of the incident.
Officer Roman is investigating the case and has asked residents to check their security footage for any sightings of the man or the vehicle.
