ORLEANS — Vermont State Police are investigating an incident where a 10-year-old boy was allegedly grabbed by the arm by an adult man at a School Street playground in Orleans.
The incident occurred around 12:40 p.m. Sunday in the village’s downtown area, according to police.

Authorities described the suspect as a white man, approximately 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-9, with a thin build, wearing a dark blue long-sleeve T-shirt.
The man’s age is unknown.
Troopers from the Derby Barracks canvassed the area and interviewed bystanders but were unable to locate anyone matching the description.
