PENN YAN — A Penn Yan man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly violating an order of protection in the Town of Milo.
Ryan G. Thomas, 112 Chestnut Street, was charged with Aggravated Family Offense following an investigation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators allege Thomas had contact with a protected party, violating the terms of the order.
Thomas was taken into custody at 4:45 p.m. on April 15 at 227 Main Street.
He was held at the Yates County Jail pending arraignment.
