DANBURY — A 22-year-old man died after being stabbed on Granville Avenue Saturday afternoon, according to police.
The Danbury Police Department received a 911 call about the stabbing at approximately 12:29 p.m. on April 19.
Officers responded to the scene along with the Danbury Fire Department and EMS personnel.
The victim was transported to Danbury Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The Danbury Police Detective Bureau took command of the scene and conducted an investigation.
Following the investigation, authorities arrested a 21-year-old suspect in connection with the stabbing.
