BUXTON — The Buxton Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a 73-year-old man who went missing Thursday afternoon.
Lloyd Mclaughlin, who suffers from cognitive issues, was last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m. at his home on Callahan Road in Buxton.
Mclaughlin is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 196 pounds with white hair and hazel eyes.
He is believed to be driving a gray 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo with Maine registration 795YW.
Authorities say it is unknown what Mclaughlin was wearing when he disappeared.
Mclaughlin does not have a cell phone and his whereabouts are unknown.
