PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police arrested three individuals on various charges during separate incidents in the Providence area on April 18.
At 12:45 p.m., troopers arrested Antwan Stuckey, 32, of Providence, during a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.
Stuckey was wanted on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a pretrial conference on a charge of driving without a license application.
At 6:10 p.m., troopers arrested Cas Kilby, 33, of Conneaut, Ohio, following a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 in East Providence.
Kilby faces charges including carrying a pistol without a license or permit, two counts of possessing prohibited large capacity feeding devices, and possession of cocaine.
At 11:35 p.m., troopers arrested Juan Fernandez, 53, of Providence, during a traffic stop on Elmwood Avenue in Providence.
Fernandez was charged with first-offense identity fraud and obstructing an officer.
He was also wanted on a Providence Superior Court bench warrant for possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
Stuckey was transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment following processing at Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Kilby was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future court date.
Fernandez was transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Men’s Intake Center after processing and arraignment.
