ST. ALBANS — A Bakersfield man was arrested early Saturday on an active warrant issued by the governor’s office.
Troopers from the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks located David Reynolds, 43, on Fisher Pond Road at approximately 12:42 a.m. April 19.
Reynolds was wanted on a warrant issued by the Executive Department of the Office of The Governor stemming from a New Hampshire arrest warrant for a prior Controlled Drug Act violation.
Reynolds was held without bail at Northwest State Correctional Facility.
He is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court Criminal Division on April 21 at 1 p.m. for charges related to the warrant.
