Tools stolen from vehicle at St. Johnsbury store

ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police are investigating the theft of approximately $600 worth of tools from a vehicle parked at Ocean State Job Lot.

The theft was reported to police on April 18, according to authorities.

Investigators determined the tools were stolen from a vehicle belonging to Quentin Thomas of Waterford while it was parked at the St. Johnsbury store.

The incident is believed to have occurred between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on April 17.

State police are asking anyone with information about the theft to contact Trooper Hastings at the St. Johnsbury Barracks at (802) 748-3111.
