SCITUATE — Troopers arrested Ronald Kapuscinski, 54, of North Providence, at 8:53 p.m. on charges of domestic violence and witness intimidation.
Kapuscinski faces charges of domestic violence-disorderly conduct as a third or subsequent offense and intimidation of witnesses and victims of crimes.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation at the Scituate Barracks, with troopers locating Kapuscinski in the Town of Glocester under the 24-hour domestic rule.
Authorities transported him to the State Police-Scituate Barracks for processing.
Kapuscinski is being held pending arraignment in Third Division District Court, where he will be presented as a bail violator.
