BIG FLATS — A Pennsylvania man was arrested Thursday following a disturbance at a Lowes home improvement store in Big Flats.
Stanton L. Colegrove, 55, of Nelson, Pa., was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor, according to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred at the Lowes store in the Town of Big Flats on April 17.
Colegrove was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
