GILMAN — A local man was cited for violating court-ordered conditions Thursday evening after state police responded to a complaint.
Troopers from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to a report in Gilman at approximately 8:02 p.m. on April 17.
After speaking with a witness and conducting an on-scene investigation, authorities determined that Michael Malone, 33, of Gilman, had violated court-ordered conditions.
Malone was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court Criminal Division on April 18 at 12:30 p.m.
