BALLSTON — A Ballston Lake woman was arrested Thursday after a two-car crash on Midline Road in the town of Ballston, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Sarah M. Lopez-Hinds, 31, was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater, all unclassified misdemeanors.
The crash occurred at 7:02 p.m. when deputies responded to the scene of the property damage accident.
According to authorities, Lopez-Hinds had a blood alcohol content of .30% at the time of the incident.
She also faces infractions for speed not reasonable or prudent and failure to use a designated lane.
Deputies said Lopez-Hinds is accused of operating her vehicle at a speed greater than reasonable under existing conditions and failing to drive entirely within a single lane.
Lopez-Hinds was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Ballston Town Court at a later date.
