HARTFORD — The Hartford Police Department is seeking public assistance to locate a missing 16-year-old juvenile.
Leah Padro was last seen on April 16 at approximately 2 p.m. leaving her residence to visit a store in Lebanon.
She was last seen wearing grey leggings and brown boots.
The parents/custodians of Leah provided permission for her photo to be disseminated to the public.
