MALDEN — Police officers seized a large amount of controlled substances and arrested a 25-year-old Everett man during a traffic stop Thursday afternoon.
Officers Cameron Selfridge and Allison Quijada stopped an unregistered motor vehicle while on patrol in the city.
The stop resulted in the seizure of what police described as a large amount of “Class B” and “Class E” substances, along with other controlled substances.
The Everett man was arrested and charged with a criminal motor vehicle infraction and several drug-related crimes.
The suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
