SOUTH HEMPSTEAD — A 43-year-old Hempstead man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself in a woman’s backyard Monday evening.
According to Nassau County Police detectives, Elvis Maldonado was observed by a 32-year-old female victim exposing himself and touching his genitals in her backyard around 8 p.m. on April 14.
Following an investigation, Maldonado was located and arrested without incident.
Maldonado has been charged with public lewdness and criminal trespass in the third degree.
