AUGUSTA — The Augusta Police Department has issued its weekly “Wanted Wednesday” alert, asking community members to help identify several individuals who may be connected to local incidents.
The department shared photos of the suspects on social media, acknowledging that some images may be of poor quality.
“We are doing what we can with what we have,” the department stated in its public notice.
Police are encouraging anyone who recognizes individuals in the photos to contact the investigating officer listed in each image caption.
Officials emphasized that no detail is too small and that community tips could be crucial to solving ongoing cases.
The “Wanted Wednesday” initiative is part of the department’s effort to engage the public in local law enforcement matters.
